New Change Early Learning Center was established in 2019 by Pastors Archie and Melissa Collins as a place that supports parents by giving them peace of mind and confidence knowing their child is in a safe and loving environment.

We believe in offering each child the opportunity to flourish and develop their character and identity, as we provide them with the fundamental educational and spiritual tools they need to go out and change the world!
